Background:
This recording is comprised of songs I composed for two weddings (more about them here and here). It's the first solo instrumental guitar CD I've released, and one I've been intending to make since performing at the second wedding in December of 2006. The process of composing these pieces was the beginning of recasting myself as a solo artist, and represented a true new direction for me. Many of these pieces are now fixtures in my performances, and several - particularly "All In" - are among my favorite things I've ever done.
